• Founded in 1993 firstly as a trainer network (RUBICOM Consulting Network); initial starting point: Trainings on leadership skills, project management, communication; simulated games
   

• 1994 - 97: Targeted expansion of service portfolio and
  addition of the following subjects: organizational development, team building, computer-aided simulated games
   

• From 1998: Organization of trainings in USA, Spain, Turkey, Switzerland
   

• 2001: RUBICOM Consulting GmbH founded
   

• 2004: Team building services expanded to
  include high-intensity outdoor experiences
   

• 2008: Current size:
  9 staff in total
