Project management
methods and techniques
About the training
The
training is primarily aimed at individuals who are
involved with projects in a planning, controlling or
support capacity (project managers, project leaders,
coordinators and decision-makers). Switching between
short presentations, practice sessions, plenary
discussions and transfer measures, the training teaches
fundamental project management methods and forms and
types of cooperation. It also examines how to take a
project forward if project participants aren't aware of
the fundamental rules or are unwilling to accept them
for other reasons.
