Project start-up

A number of important factors are established during the initial phase. It's important to obtain a precise overview of the project's goals, scope and risks and to involve the "right" people in the "right" way. Acting as a consultant, we can assist the project manager during these important first steps.

Structuring the kick-off phase

We can actively assist during the kick-off phase by organizing team-finding measures to bring the team closer together and generate positive energy within the team. If requested, however, we are happy to assume more of a backstage role and instead assist the project manager in preparing and appraising corresponding measures.

Organizing the kick-off meeting

The kick-off meeting is used to present the project. Attitudes are immediately formed about the project and project manager. While it's possible to get many things right here, lots of mistakes can also be made. We can help prepare this important event.

Controlling the dynamics of the project

We can help in may ways during the project implementation phase:

• Assessing the project's status with the project manager; developing strategies for further action

• Actively accompanying the project manager at sensitive discussions or meetings and directly contributing to a sustainable solution (e.g. defusing a conflict of goals)

• Holding a meeting or workshop for the team to reflect internally on the dynamics of the project. In such cases we lead the meeting / workshop and help the team rediscover an spirit of cooperation

Structuring the kick-out

As with the start of the project, the kick-out can have benefits for the future - provided things are done correctly. Depending on the type of support required, we will therefore either advise you on or actively organize the kick-out.
