When
developing our training concepts we always consider how
we can condense a subject into its key core criteria.

training concepts focus on these core criteria: They are
used as a basis for analyzing leadership conduct
portrayed and rehearsing appropriate leadership
patterns..

participants can thus focus on an manageable number of
relevant criteria that can then be easily implemented in
practice.
Creating opportunities for reflection:
We
believe video feedback is a very important tool.
The
following approach is particularly effective: In a
series of role-plays, we first record various different
role-play discussions without any additional observers.
Holding discussions between two people mimics a natural
situation, creates authenticity and also allows
benchmarking: In the following analysis an individual's
own approach can be compared to that of other colleagues
without any distorting effects.
