Successful team
leadership
About the training
The
training is designed for managers who lead a team or a
department. This training focuses on situations that are
typical for family teams and where failure to exert
effective control may seriously disrupt the team. For
example, a team is portrayed where the manager faces a
variety of challenging situations on assuming management
responsibility. The situations are played out with the
training group and the resulting possible responses
discussed. A complete concept for successful team
leadership can then be developed.
