Flexible leadership

About the training

The training is suitable for managers with longstanding management experience and also those who are about to take on a new management role. The seminar focuses on the flexible leadership model and offers a practical leadership guide for all managers.

Objective

The participants

  • are provided with a professional leadership style model that can serve as a leadership guide

  • learn which leadership styles are most suited to certain employees and situations

  • learn how to differentiate between different styles of leadership

  • are made aware of the leadership style concept they have unconsciously used to date

  • work out a personal strategy to bring the required leadership style and actual leadership style more into line.

Method

The starting point is provided by scenarios specific to a company: Each participant leads a challenging management discussion without observers. This is followed by a group analysis: What leadership style was intended, how did the manager actually come across, what leadership style would have been appropriate? During this part of the seminar the trainers demonstrate individual leadership styles and outline their characteristics.

A rapid sequence of individual video feedbacks, perception exercises, trainer demonstrations and theoretical discussions ensures an extremely dynamic exploration of the entire subject area.
